06.10.11 - SPEED7 at the World Games of mountain biking

From 8th until 11th September again it was about the honour of world cup. Already the 13th time the hobby world champions were determined in the disciplines marathon, cross country, downhill and DUAL eliminator.

Also the rookie Thomas Schüttlohr as well as the bikers Stefan Scholze and Rainer Habermann participated. Skill and endurance are required for the varying up and down hills and challenging single trails. Finally the team finished after 42.77 kilometres and 1,980 metres in altitude in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The women of SPEED7 successfully conquered without a starting number the short marathon of 1,160 metres in altitude.
